Providing a total management solution, Admire property offers landlords guaranteed rental for a period of five years or there abouts. We offer a professional, friendly service and we are totally committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Admire property are supporting the leading providers of temporary or emergency accommodation in the capital, and it is through these working partnerships, that we seek to continue our growth and expansion.
The partners of the organization have between them over 25 years of experience in various property or tenant support, and are continually expanding their client base and repertoire of services for both public and private sector.
Admire property is currently offering
- A guaranteed rental for the duration of the contract term. (Typical five years)
- A no voids at any time agreement.
- The Rent is paid on the 12th day of each month via chaps transfer direct from our bank to the Landlords account.
- Admire property will provide all furniture and white goods.
- Upon termination of the Tenancy Agreement any damages will be paid for or repaired by Admire Property Management.
- A full management service set out clearly in advance.
- Renovations service – Admire property may enter into an agreement with you to refurbish your property to enter into our various schemes, and adjust rental payments accordingly.
